Stayed during Christmas and absolutely loved the holiday vibe created by festive decorations throughout the hotel. the outdoor water park was the highlight of our stay, and the warm swimming pool was perfect for colder days. the staff was friendly and responsive, and the complimentary breakfast had a variety of tasty options.

The rooms weren't as spacious as expected, and the bathrooms were a bit cramped. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and only available in certain areas of the hotel, which was inconvenient.

Spent New Year's Eve at an incredibly beautiful hotel. Had a fantastic time with family. A great setting with a stunning waterfall, clean hot springs, and delicious food. The architecture was an architectural masterpiece with unique details. Enjoyed the indoor and mini waterpark pools throughout the day. Very nice staff and good services provided.

Hair dryers and ironing boards were missing from the rooms. Breakfast menu must improve, not many choices offered.
